We've been in your shoes

There is something great about an old pair of shoes, isn't there? They are comfortable, they know your feet, they mold to them, fitting perfectly around all of your foot's features. As funny as it sounds that is JSA, that is StudentLink.

Our staff is made up of people who have worked in card offices for over 35 years. We have felt your pains, your frustrations, your stresses and your triumphs. In an industry as specialized as ours it is important to surround yourself with people who understand what you need, what works, and how to get things accomplished. Who better to do that than Dawn Roberts, who works in our customer support department, and who was the ID card system administrator for the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for 5½ years. Or Wendy Rabe, another JSA customer support team member, who worked for University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse as the Technology Coordinator for 23 years.

We know you need your software to work impeccably, because there is no room for error in our industry. Randy Crafton knows this better than anyone. When he was at Vanderbilt University he developed a card system that won the Visionary Award. When he leads our engineering team to maintain and create the programs that make your offices run better it is always with the guidance of his past. When Chris Fruge, one of our engineers, is working diligently on making sure everything is running smoothly for each of our clients he gives the level of work and support he wanted when he worked as a System Administrator, Database Administrator and Application Engineer in the card office at Brigham Young University.

Every month as Jon Gear does the final monthly exercises for our PCI compliance he makes sure everything is done to perfection, he has to because he knows when he worked for the University of North Texas and The Ohio State University security was of the utmost importance. He would have demanded nothing short of our level of security for his schools, and so should you.

Say what you want about the excitement of buying new shoes but we think there is something to be said for the old familiar ones that never let you down and always remember where you have been together.
