StudentLink Features


  • Online deposits in real time - either by Credit Card, ACH or Bursars
  • Statements - Availability of 6 months, Regulation E, and Paperless Statements
  • Transaction history - With StudentLink students are able to see location, date and time of transactions as well as the amount of the transaction and the balance after the transaction. In addition, they are able to see Meal Plan balances and how many meals the student has left.
  • Lost/Stolen card - This feature deactivates the card within the schools system. Some systems are capable of offering an option for students to log back into the site to reactivate the card, if found.
  • Custom Pages - StudentLink gives the school the ability to create a page to meet various needs. For example, to announce an upcoming event, to list terms and conditions or any variety of ideas or needs.

Features for Parents and Students - Growing your card


  • Parent/Guest Access - Students may grant parents access to their accounts, allowing them to log in and make or schedule deposits or to see exactly what the student is spending their money on.
  • Balance Warning - This feature allows students to set automatic balance warnings if to notify them when their balance goes below a set amount.
  • Automatic deposits - Once set up StudentLink allows a student to receive recurring automatic deposits when their balance drops below a determined amount.
  • Budgeting deposits - StudentLink allows parents to predetermine a date and amount to deposit into their child?s account on a regular basis.


Features for the Card Office


  • Support site - You have the ability with this site to change a login, change text on the site, turn options on or off, place advertisements, list new locations where students may use their account, report any school news, list FAQ?s, and/or list your office contact information. This site can be updated as often as you want in order to run your office and program.
  • Patron Support Site - This allows your card office to login as a specific student to see what the student sees in order to answer questions, review cardholder settings, stop saved preferences if requested by parent, and view how many cardholders have auto deposits and/or low balance warnings.
  • Single Sign On - If you have a portal on your campus, JSA can customize our logins and passwords to match your portal.
  • Custom Domain - You can use a personalized domain/program i.e. www.cardoffice.yourschool.edu. We can create custom forms, surveys, registration, questionnaires all with the ability to track results and report them to the card office. We can customize the look and feel of the site to make it the same color scheme of the school, banners and other school identifiers.
